Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and Privacy. You will guide cloud-first architecture decisions and drive scalable system integrations while delivering results in a dynamic environment.

You will own programs end-to-end, translate ambitious business goals into concrete requirements, and communicate clearly with technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations, or similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
• Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business context.
• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating GTM tools within Salesforce
• Proven experience managing or optimizing quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, quoting, billing, and order management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, Support Operations, Privacy, and other teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Own program execution — driving scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate high-level business goals into clearly documented system requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment through changing priorities.
• Partner with teams to improve processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across tools and workflows.
