Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Experience in contract sales in foodservice distribution is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling and pipeline management abilities.
• Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable new business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing larger, complex contract opportunities.
• Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline focused on high-value contracts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated, customer-focused solutions.
• Coordinate proposal, bid, and contract development with pricing and approvals.
• Review pipeline performance with Contract Sales leadership and adjust actions as needed.
• Guide prospects from targeting to contract award and transition to execution.
