Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a champion for candidates, using cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence to meet critical hiring needs.

You’ll manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommendations for interviews and hires. You will build a strong candidate network through market research, bench management and proactive recruitment strategies, while supporting clients with

Qualifications

• Experience in full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Strong market research and passive candidate strategies.
• Ability to manage client relationships and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proven track record in meeting submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for client roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies to engage passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and navigate objections in hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment process.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals and deliver clear updates.
• Update reports and ATS data, plus related administrative duties.
