Wilson Recruitment Team is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, results-driven group. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, driving sourcing, screening, interviews, and recommendations through the full recruitment cycle.

You will build a robust candidate network, execute proactive strategies, and maintain high client satisfaction while meeting weekly and monthly submit-to-hire goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong pipeline management and passive/active sourcing.
• Excellent client focus and relationship-building.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from screening to hire.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates via market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Present strong talent and overcome objections.
• Advise hiring managers on selections and compensation.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit/hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related admin tasks.
