Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate recommendations for interviews and hire.

You will build networks, develop proactive strategies and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring regular submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios are achieved while meeting weekly and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including market research, passive sourcing, and negotiations.
• Ability to meet metrics and deadlines in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including candidates, initial screens, interviews and feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain reports including applicant tracking data.
