Job summary

The role requires building strong candidate pools, coordinating with sourcing teams, and guiding candidates through onboarding and credentialing processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-volume hospital recruiting, experience with ATS/CMS, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting within a hospital setting.
• Experience with ATS/CMS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external facilities.
• Build a pool of passive and active candidates through referrals and other recruitment sources.
• Provide information to candidates on position requirements, onboarding, credentialing, and community offerings.
• Recruit in a time-sensitive, efficient, cost-effective manner in coordination with the manager.
