HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source and place clinical staff across the West Florida region. The role focuses on high-volume recruiting for RN, Allied and PCT roles, using ATS/CMS tools, while coordinating with multiple leaders and meeting urgent staffing needs.

You will attend onsite events in the Tampa area, support onboarding, credentialing and community outreach, and enjoy weekly pay with competitive hourly rates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven track record in HIGH-VOLUME, hospital healthcare recruiting.
• Experience with ATS / CMS systems.
• Experience recruiting for RN, Allied, PCTs, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external facilities.
• Build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities via referrals and other sources.
• Coordinate with sourcing team and manager to recruit efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Explain position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding and credentialing processes.
