Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter for the Central West Texas Division in Austin. You will source USA-domestic clinical staff for HCA and external facilities, build candidate pools, and guide applicants through credentialing and onboarding.

The role requires the ability to manage 90–95 requisitions, work independently and with teams, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven track record in high-volume healthcare recruiting
• Experience managing 90–95 requisitions concurrently
• Experience recruiting for RN, Allied, PCT roles
• Proficient with ATS/CMS systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external facilities
• Build and maintain a pool of passive and active candidates
• Inform candidates about requirements, onboarding, credentialing, and community offerings
