Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume hospital recruitment.
• Experience recruiting experienced RNs.
• Hands-on with 70–90 open requisitions at a time.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external divisions.
• Build pools of passive and active candidates via referrals and other sources.
• Coordinate with management; inform candidates about position, onboarding, credentialing.
