Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source USA-domestic clinical staff for HCA and external facilities. You will build a robust pool of passive and active candidates, leveraging referrals and multiple channels, to meet urgent staffing needs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You must have 2+ years of hospital healthcare recruitment experience, familiarity with ATS/CMS systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven track record in high-volume healthcare recruiting.
• Experience managing 80-100 requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficient with ATS/CMS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation to attend onsite events locally.

Responsibilities

• Source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external.
• Build a pool of passive and active candidates via referrals and other sources.
• Recruit in a time-sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner.
• Provide candidates with position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding, credentialing and community offerings.
