HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external partners. The recruiter will build pools of passive and active candidates through referrals and diverse sources, coordinating with managers to meet hiring needs.

The role requires 3+ years in high-volume healthcare recruitment, experience with ATS/CMS systems, and the ability to handle 70–90 requisitions concurrently while maintaining confidentiality and strong
