Job summary

Syner-G is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a 3-month engagement focused on sourcing and recruiting highly specialized Technical Operations and Engineering talent for biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences hiring needs.

This is a hands-on recruiting role that centers on building pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and collaborating directly with hiring managers to drive each search from intake through interview coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years recruiting experience, including technical/engineering hires in biotech/pharma/life sciences or regulated environments.
• Experience recruiting Validation/CQV Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Capital Project Managers, Process Engineers.
• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing, capital projects, facilities/utilities, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience handling multiple technical requisitions with urgency and quality.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Technical Operations and Engineering roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Recruit for specialized positions such as Validation/CQV Engineers, Capital Project Managers, and Facilities Engineer roles.
• Create targeted sourcing strategies to uncover passive technical talent across biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences markets.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs with GMP, manufacturing, and capital project experience.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, project history, and compensation expectations; align with client needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm technical requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Share market intelligence on candidate availability and competitive hiring activity.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Deliver high-quality candidate/hiring-manager experiences through proactive communication.
• Manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
