Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. The role focuses on accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with pharmacists to optimize benefit information.

The contract spans 9–12 months, with remote work in the U.S. and an 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time; pay ranges from $20 to $40 per hour and laptop is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification through PTCB or ExCPT, with state registration or licensure where required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of experience at a PBM supporting clinical services such as utilization management, coverage review, or prior authorization resolution.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to compare data and prepare reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims data and client-facing materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication to coordinate with pharmacists and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and implement downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues; escalate when clinical review is needed.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and printed client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish quality checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup, and PA printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports; prepare client-facing clinical materials, including disruption analyses.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency via technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
