Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and prepare client reports. You will work with pharmacists and clinical teams to ensure benefit information is accurate and actionable.

This remote contract role lasts 9 to 12 months, with an 8-hour Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $20–$40 per hour. A laptop will be provided, and no employee benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; active CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years in PBM supporting clinical services such as utilization management or prior authorization resolution.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations; formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Experience with formulary/drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to compare drug list data and prepare client reports.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and complete downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration; escalate for clinical review.
