Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents, resolve drug list and benefit setup questions, and prepare client-facing materials. The contract spans 9–12 months with remote, U.S.-based work hours and a 8-hour weekday schedule. Pay ranges from $20 to $40 per hour, with equipment provided by Prescryptive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or PA resolution).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formulary, drug lists and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data comparison and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims adjudication data and client materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication to coordinate with pharmacists and teams.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in drug list management platform.
• Update PA criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and downstream client changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues (pharmacist review as needed).
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and printed client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup, and PA printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and reports, including disruption analyses for business reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
