Job summary

Qualifications

• CPhT certification with state registration as required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years supporting clinical services in a PBM.
• Experience with formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Experience with drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce client-facing materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication to coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents.
• Resolve drug list and benefit setup questions; prepare reports.
• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary changes.
• Maintain QL rules and downstream client changes.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies and client drug lists.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and disruption analyses for reviews.
