Job summary

Justus Property Management, Inc. seeks a Contract IT Support Technician to provide remote break/fix support and on-site help across about 175 properties in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, managing ~200 Google Workspace user accounts.

The role is remote, hourly, with travel to sites as required. You will administer Google Workspace, troubleshoot hardware and networking issues, manage technology assets, and support employees with varying tech experience.

Qualifications

• Experience providing professional IT support in a business environment.
• Experience administering Google Workspace in a multi-location setup.
• Familiarity with Google Admin console for user and security settings.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and hardware inventory.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows PCs, printers, and network devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for ~175 locations with on-site visits as needed.
• Support ~200 Google Workspace accounts; administer and troubleshoot the suite.
• Diagnose computer, hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and security administration, including MFA.
• Coordinate hardware purchases, asset tracking, and equipment disposal.
• Document requests, work performed, and follow-up actions; communicate clearly.
