Job summary

Justus Property Management seeks a Contract IT Support Technician to deliver remote and on-site technical support across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. You will manage Google Workspace accounts, resolve hardware and network issues, and assist staff with varying technical abilities.

The role focuses on hands-on break/fix and remote troubleshooting, with travel to property locations as required. Strong communication and confidential handling of data are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment.
• Experience with the Google Admin Console, including user administration, security settings, account access, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting a multi-user and preferably multi-location organization.
• Experience evaluating, purchasing, configuring, and deploying business computer hardware and related technology.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for ~175 locations, with on-site visits as needed.
• Provide technical and account support for ~200 Google Workspace accounts.
• Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and security settings.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding by managing access and security.
• Document service requests and maintain asset and inventory records.
