Job summary

Justus Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract IT Support Technician to provide remote and on-site support for our corporate office and approximately 175 properties across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. This is a break-fix, hourly role, primarily remote with on-site travel as needed.

The ideal candidate will manage Google Workspace, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and maintain asset inventories while delivering professional support to a multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in a multi-location business.
• Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment.
• Experience with Google Admin Console, user administration and security settings.
• Experience supporting a multi-user organization across locations.
• Experience evaluating and deploying business hardware and related tech.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and network/printing support.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for ~175 locations with on-site visits as needed.
• Support ~200 Google Workspace accounts including setup and security.
• Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace apps and security settings.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, Wi‑Fi, and network issues.
• Coordinate hardware purchases, asset tracking, and deployments.
• Communicate issues and solutions clearly to staff and management.
