Job summary

Justus Property Management, Inc. seeks a Contract IT Support Technician to provide break-fix and on-site support for our corporate office and about 175 locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

This is a remote, hourly contract, not a traditional FT IT role, with travel as needed. You will administer Google Workspace, resolve hardware and network issues, manage technology assets, assist employees with varying tech experience, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous professional IT support experience is required.
• Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment is required.
• Experience with the Google Admin console, including user administration, security settings, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting a multi-user and multi-location organization is preferred.
• Experience evaluating, purchasing, configuring, and deploying business hardware and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for 175 locations, with on-site visits when required.
• Provide technical and account support for Google Workspace accounts.
• Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, user accounts, security settings.
• Assist with Google Workspace user setup, account changes, password and login issues, and access issues.
• Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, and hardware vendors when necessary.
