Job summary

Justus Property Management is seeking an experienced Contract IT Support Technician to provide on-demand remote and on-site support for its corporate office and 175 property locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. The role is hourly and remote, with travel as needed.

The ideal candidate will administer Google Workspace, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, manage assets, and assist employees with varying technical experience.

Qualifications

• Experience providing professional IT support in a business environment.
• Hands-on Google Workspace administration and user management.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and hardware/software issue resolution.
• Experience supporting a multi-location organization and asset tracking.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical staff.
• Willingness to travel between locations in IN, OH, and KY.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support for approximately 175 locations, with on-site visits as needed.
• Manage and troubleshoot 200 Google Workspace accounts and settings.
• Configure hardware, software, printers, and networking equipment.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset-tracking records.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage hardware purchases and replacements.
• Document service requests and communicate solutions clearly.
