Job summary

Justus Property Management is seeking an experienced Contract IT Support Technician to provide remote and on-site support for our corporate office and ~175 properties across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. The role focuses on Google Workspace administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and asset management.

The contractor will travel as needed to locations, assist with onboarding, security settings, and user access, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous professional IT support experience is required.
• Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment is required.
• Experience with Google Admin Console, including user administration, security settings, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for ~175 company locations, with on-site visits as needed.
• Support ~200 Google Workspace accounts and manage Gmail/Drive/Calendar settings.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, routers, and switches; resolve connectivity issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access control for users.
