Job summary

Justus Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract IT Support Technician to provide as-needed technical support for our corporate office and about 175 locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

The role is remote with on-site travel as needed, focusing on Google Workspace administration, hardware and network troubleshooting, and asset management. You'll work independently in a multi-location environment, assisting employees with varying technical skills, coordinating with

Professional IT support experience required.
Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment.
Experience with multi-location organizations.
Experience with networking and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for approximately 175 locations, with on-site support when required.
Support circa 200 Google Workspace accounts and administer Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and security settings.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network connectivity.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding; manage access and account security as directed.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchases, replacements, and deployments.
