Job summary

Justus Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Contract IT Support Technician to provide remote and on-site support across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. The role focuses on Google Workspace administration, hardware troubleshooting, and multi-location IT asset management.

Travel is required for on-site visits, with most work performed remotely. The ideal candidate will manage approximately 200 Google Workspace accounts, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and resolve networking and device issues

Qualifications

• Previous professional IT support experience is required.
• Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment is required.
• Experience with Google Admin console, including user administration, security settings, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting a multi-user and multi-location organization preferred.
• Experience evaluating, purchasing, configuring, and deploying business hardware and related technology.
• Experience with IT asset management, hardware inventory, or equipment tracking preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows-based computers and common office tech.
• Experience troubleshooting printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
• Working knowledge of networking, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, IP connectivity, and internet troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical employees clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for approximately 175 company and property locations, with on-site support when required.
• Provide technical and account support for Google Workspace accounts.
• Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, user accounts, security settings, and related apps.
• Assist with user setup, account changes, password and login issues, account recovery, and access issues.
• Assist with Google Workspace security administration, including MFA/2-Step Verification.
• Onboard and offboard by managing technology access as directed.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, scanner, internet, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, scanners, and other office tech.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, routers, switches, network connections, and internet connectivity.
• Set up, configure, replace, and troubleshoot computers and related equipment.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset-tracking records.
