Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor to provide strategic email, phone, and video support for employer, student, and career services users. This 6-month role may extend or convert to permanent based on fit.

You will handle highly technical troubleshooting, build relationships with customers, and collaborate with the Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams. You will work 40 hours per week during business hours, primarily handling email and phone inquiries, with daily

Mansioni

• Provide email and phone support to Handshake customers during business hours.
• Resolve questions, bugs, feedback, and inquiries (highly technical workflows).
• Use internal tools to manage issues across Support, Success, Product and Engineering.
• Maintain fast response and resolution times and fair queue distribution.
• Flex across support queues as needed (Trust & Safety, Handshake AI).
• Be a support specialist and trusted consultant for Handshake users.
