Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active CPhT certification.
• About 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formularies, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims adjudication data.
• Clear written and verbal communication to coordinate with pharmacists and teams.
• Willingness to learn and adopt technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and prior authorization documents.
• Resolve drug list and benefit setup questions; prepare client materials.
• Own recurring maintenance and reporting with QA review by pharmacists.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports for client reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency via technology.
