Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists and PA documents, resolve benefit setup questions, and prepare client reports. The role requires CPhT certification, PBM experience, and proficiency with formulary data and reporting tools.

The contract runs 9–12 months with remote work options and laptop provided. Responsibilities include coordinating with pharmacists and internal teams, QA reviews, and delivering client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CPhT certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
• ~2 years in a PBM supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, PA resolution).
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents.
• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve questions.
• Prepare and publish client drug lists and coverage policies files under QA review.
• Establish quality checkpoints for PA updates and reporting with pharmacist review.
• Prepare client-facing materials and disruption analyses for business reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operations to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through automation/AI-enabled tools.
