Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents, resolve drug list and benefit setup questions, and prepare client reports and review materials. You will own recurring maintenance and reporting, with pharmacist or clinical team review at defined quality checkpoints.

This contract opportunity runs about 9 to 12 months, with an 8‑hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active CPhT certification.
• 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services.
• Hands‑on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents and resolve setup questions.
• Prepare reports and client business review materials with QA review.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish quality control checkpoints for PA updates and printing.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operations to meet deadlines.
• Identify improvements via automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Support timelines for annual and quarterly business reviews.
