Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. The role focuses on hands-on operational tasks with defined quality checks and a 9–12 month contract.

You will work with pharmacists and clinical teams to ensure accurate, timely deliverables. Responsibilities include updating coverage documents, resolving benefit setup questions, and preparing disruption analyses for business reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and active CPhT certification.
• Approximately 2 years of PBM clinical services experience.
• Experience with formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve related questions.
• Establish quality control checkpoints for PA updates and prints with clinical review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operations to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency via technology and AI-enabled tools.
