Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. The role focuses on accuracy, QA, and collaboration with pharmacists to support clinical decision-making.

The contract runs 9 to 12 months with an 8-hour shift schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time. Remote work in the U.S. is available, and equipment will be provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and active CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years at a PBM supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or prior authorization).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations and PBM platforms.
• Familiarity with formulary or drug information databases and NDC identifiers.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to compare data and prepare reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to technology, automation, and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues; escalate for clinical review.
