Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials.

The role involves QA checks with pharmacists or clinical teams and a 9–12 month contract term, with duties across data maintenance, reporting, and client-ready materials. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, active CPhT certification, ~2 years PBM clinical services experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; active CPhT credential.
• ~2 years of PBM experience in clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or PA resolution).
• Experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims adjudication data and client materials.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve clinical drug list and benefit setup questions.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and PA printing with pharmacist/clinical review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials, including disruption analyses.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy/efficiency via technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
