Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. seeks a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists and PA docs, resolve list questions, and prepare client reports. You will own recurring maintenance with QA review by pharmacists, in a hands-on contract role expected to last 9–12 months.

Responsibilities include updating PA criteria, analyzing drug lists, and coordinating with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines. Prior authorization and formulary experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active CPhT certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• About 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, prior authorization).
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data comparison and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims data and client materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication to coordinate with pharmacists and teams.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve questions; prepare coverage policies and client drug lists.
• Establish quality control checkpoints for PA updates, QA review, and PA printing.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports; prepare client-facing clinical materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology and AI-enabled tools.
