Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is hiring a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists and PA documents, resolve benefit questions, and prepare client reports. This 9–12 month contract emphasizes hands-on, operational work with QA checkpoints and collaboration with pharmacists.

Role requires a CPhT, PBM experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to produce client materials and conduct disruption analyses. Remote work options may be available with laptop provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active CPhT certification.
• 2 years plus experience with PBM clinical services support.
• Experience with formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents for clients.
• Resolve drug list and benefit setup questions and publish materials.
• Prepare client business review materials and disruption analyses.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy via automation and AI tools.
