Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. You will work with pharmacists and clinical teams to ensure accuracy and timely updates, with a focus on automation and AI-enabled improvements.

This is a remote, US-based contract role lasting 9 to 12 months. The position requires CPhT certification, PBM experience, and strong data/reporting skills, with a detail-oriented approach and reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or PA resolution).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formularies, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims adjudication data and client materials.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and downstream client changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve questions; escalate for clinical review.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and client drug lists for QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup, and PA printing with clinical review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and client-facing clinical materials.
