Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. You will own recurring maintenance and reporting, with pharmacist or clinical team review at quality checkpoints.

The role is a 9–12 month contract, largely remote, requiring a high school diploma and CPhT certification, with ~2 years PBM experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to prepare reports and client materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• 2 years of PBM experience in clinical services (utilization, coverage review, or PA resolution).
• Hands-on experience with formularies, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare reports and client materials.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections and resolve drug list and benefit setup questions.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish quality checkpoints for PA updates and printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials for business reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines.
