Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents, resolve list and benefit setup questions, and prepare client materials. The contract lasts 9–12 months with remote work across the U.S.

A laptop is provided; hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. local time. Responsibilities include updating formulary criteria, maintaining QL rules, and generating client reports with QA reviews by pharmacists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and CPhT certification with state licensure where required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years in a PBM supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, PA resolution).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations and NDC identifiers.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for reports and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with technology and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and complete downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve questions.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and printed client drug lists.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and printing with clinical review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials.
