Jobgether is seeking a Change Management Lead based in the United States to guide adoption strategies during MSP/VMS client implementations. You will shape training, craft communications, map stakeholders, and coordinate go-live readiness across multiple timelines.

You will collaborate with implementation managers, program operations, and technology teams to deliver engaging materials, reduce adoption risk, and drive measurable usage improvements in a remote, US-based role.

Formación

Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, training or internal communications.
Experience in HR or procurement transformation, MSP/VMS environments preferred.
Knowledge of stakeholder mapping, user journey or experience mapping, and adoption campaigns.
Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership and branding skills.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and deliver tailored training strategies and resources.
Own communications planning across active implementations and milestones.
Map stakeholder groups, identify champions and risks, and tailor engagement.
Coordinate training, communications and go-live readiness with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate program branding, naming, and messaging for a trusted service experience.
Develop adoption activities and follow-ups to sustain usage.
Gather feedback, refine materials, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain reusable libraries of change templates, assets, and playbooks.
Monitor adoption metrics and ensure content quality across channels.
