Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Must have owned or overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional certification in HR or compliance preferred.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational orgs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand contingent workforce requirements and provide compliant engagement approaches.
• Lead worker classification assessments with Legal/HR Compliance Leader for complex cases.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding with relevant teams for smooth experience.
• Ensure each engagement has an active, approved agreement and SOW.
• Monitor start/end dates, renewal milestones, and engagement status.
• Manage obligations and compliance for worker classification and jurisdiction.
• Coordinate offboarding with IT, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audits and remediation.
• Improve contractor lifecycle procedures and escalate risks when needed.
