Qualifications

• A minimum education of high school diploma or GED.
• Cash handling or sales experience.
• Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to member questions and concerns.
• Explain and offer products and services to improve members' financial wellness.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of member information.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a superior member experience and meet goals.
• Support coordination with other departments as needed to assist members.
