Job summary

Pacific Service Credit Union is hiring a Contact Center Representative I to deliver exceptional service across phone, chat, and other channels. You will assist members with account maintenance, digital banking needs, and inquiries while maintaining accurate records and helping with issue resolution.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team approach. Telecommute options may apply, depending on scheduling and policy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; professional empathy.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service experiences through phone, chat, mail, and other channels.
• Analyze member needs and identify solutions to strengthen financial well‑being.
• Assist members with routine account maintenance and digital banking needs.
• Protect the credit union by identifying and preventing fraud.
• Understand and explain PSCU products and services to members.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and assist with process improvements.
