My Community Credit Union is hiring a Call Center Representative I for a remote position in the United States. You will handle member inquiries about accounts, products, and services, and complete a variety of transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years of call center or financial services experience, strong communication, and calm multitasking under pressure. You will help members with online banking, payments, and general troubleshooting.

Formación

• Six months to two years of call center, customer service, or financial services experience.
• High-volume inbound call experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task, retain product knowledge, and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort navigating computer systems and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-call resolution to member questions about accounts, products, and services.
• Assist with online banking, loan payments, bill pay, travel notices, and account maintenance.
• Listen to understand member needs and escalate issues when needed.
• Cross-sell relevant products and assist with loan requests by gathering information for underwriting.
