Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking dedicated customer service representatives to respond to phone and email inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate banking information.

You will navigate multiple systems, resolve problems, and guide customers toward solutions that fit their financial needs. Remote position with hubs nationwide, including Phoenix, Atlanta, and Milwaukee, offering a language premium for Spanish after assessment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically nine months of contact center customer service training/experience, 18 months of prior customer service or related experience, and completed specialized skill training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries and resolving problems.
• Act as liaison between customers and U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex issues.
• Process inquiries across multiple systems and present banking options to ensure customer needs are met.
