Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a 10% language premium after training. Shifts start November 30th, with a pay range of $20.00–$22.50 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has nine months of contact center training and 18 months of related experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or email.
• Resolve problems and errors, including fraud and internet operations issues.
• Act as liaison between customers and bank departments to resolve complex issues.
