Qualifications

• Experience defending financial services in state and federal courts.
• Knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA and related statutes.
• Experience representing mortgage servicers/originators in contested foreclosures, quiet title actions and related claims.
• Active bar license in the applying state's jurisdiction or commitment to obtain one.
