Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, and an active bar license in the practice state or be willing to obtain one promptly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consumer finance litigation experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the practicing state or ability to obtain promptly.
• Experience with FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA and related statutes.

Responsibilities

• Defend financial services clients in state and federal courts.
• Handle mortgage servicers/origination disputes, foreclosures and title issues.
• Collaborate with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team to develop case strategy.
