Qualifications

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience in consumer finance litigation.
  • Experience defending financial services in state and federal courts.
  • Knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA and related statutes.
  • Active bar license in the state of the office or a commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Litigate consumer finance matters in state and federal courts.
  • Advise on mortgage servicing/origination disputes and related claims.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team.
  • Demonstrate judgment, ability to manage multiple projects and professional demeanor.
