Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Consulting Manager - CDBG-DR for our Government Services Practice. This role can be fully remote or hybrid for candidates near local offices.

You will supervise staff, manage engagement scope, and help ensure program compliance with HUD/CDBG-DR and related regulations. Responsibilities include developing disaster recovery programs, ensuring quality deliverables, and supporting business development through conferences and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of successful CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy-related role, including 3+ years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong policy background, including 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570 compliance requirements, as well as applicable Federal Register Notices

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and conduct annual evaluations.
• Evaluate client needs and engagement scope, oversee quality of deliverables.
• Assist clients in compliance with U.S. regulations (CDBG-DR, 2 CFR 200, 24 CFR 570).
• Design disaster recovery programs meeting eligibility requirements and National Objective.
• Draft and evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Support business development through conferences, thought leadership, and proposals.
