Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field required.
• Project management experience with budgets, schedules, and invoicing preferred.
• Experience with pre-award, post-award, and closeout for CDBG-DR grants.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and conduct annual evaluations.
• Manage engagement scope, activities, and quality of deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and disaster recovery requirements.
• Assist in designing disaster recovery program implementation and eligibility analysis.
• Draft or evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Develop policies that align with regulations and Action Plans.
• Support business development and identify funding opportunities.
