Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of consulting and business development is preferred.
• Experience with pre-award, post-award, and closeout processes for CDBG-DR grants.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and coach staff; conduct annual evaluations.
• Evaluate client needs and engagement scope; oversee deliverables quality.
• Support clients in maintaining compliance with HUD regulations and Federal notices.
• Assist in designing and implementing disaster recovery programs meeting eligibility.
• Draft and evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments to ensure compliance.
• Engage in business development and respond to proposals; identify funding opportunities.
