Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking a hunter-minded Sales Manager to grow our presence in the construction staffing market. You’ll sell skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors, building relationships face-to-face at sites and offices, with a focus on closing new business and expanding accounts.

You’ll operate from home after training, travel to job sites and client offices, and work with a team that backs your growth. Uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a company vehicle await.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, construction, or trades sales preferred.
• Ability to prospect GC and subcontractor relationships.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and account-growth skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents.
• Meet clients on job sites and in offices to secure new business.
• Close new business and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Manage a book of business and grow territory with a home-based start.
